Hi There,
Feeling overwhelmed by school, responsibilities, and mounting pressure is more common than you might think — and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. Many students hit a point where staying organized, focused, or motivated feels like an uphill battle. Based in San Francisco, I specialize in Executive Function coaching for middle school, high school, and college students, helping them develop the practical skills they need to succeed both academically and personally. Together, we’ll build strategies that improve time management, planning, and follow-through — leading to more confidence, better performance, and less stress. Taking that first step toward support is powerful, and I’m here to guide you through the next ones.
My Story
Based in San Francisco, I specialize in Executive Function coaching, supporting individuals in developing the skills they need to succeed academically and personally.
I have extensive experience in both secondary and higher education, having worked with students through institutions such as Stanford University, UCLA, and Johns Hopkins. With over 10,000 hours of direct student support, I’ve helped a wide range of learners — both neurodivergent and neurotypical — from middle school through adulthood.
In addition to executive function coaching, I have significant experience working with student-athletes in secondary education, many of whom have gone on to attend Division I schools, where they continue to thrive as both students and athletes.

I hold a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Mount Saint Mary College and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Hobart College. I am also a Permanently Certified Teacher in the State of New York. To support my work with diverse learners, I completed an online certificate in Assistive Technology through CSU Northridge.

My professional development includes extensive training in executive function and learning differences. I’ve completed courses such as Academic Strategies and Executive Function Support for Students with LD, ADHD, and Autism and Online, Blended, and Classroom Technologies for Diverse Learners, both at Landmark College. I also participated in the Summer Institute on Executive Function with Dr. Rick Bryck at Landmark. Additional training includes the Demystifying Executive Functions three-part workshop hosted by the Children’s Health Council, as well as attendance at the International Conference on ADHD organized by CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder).

In my free time, I like to attend live events such as concerts and baseball games (Let's go Mets). I also love to read and spend time going on adventures with my family.
